They call my cell 5 to 6 time per day.

They claim they are with the Florida Attorney General Office, demanding payment of funds from one of our teachers.

John called my phone stating that he was working with the government office and I was selected to get a 5000 refund. He asked for my bank account information and stayed that he knew my address ;when I denied him my info and I told him I was going to report him he starting cursing me out...this is a fraud

Just started, but geting calls several times a day. How can I get them to stop?

No call details as I ignored the call due it it being an unknown number

He had a very thick accent and told me not to disregard the message. He wanted me or my attorney of record to return the call and that it was time sensitive. I have had 4 different people call me using the exact same message, word for word. But those were on land line phone and this latest was on my cell phone.

This person called and advised that I was going to go to jail if I didn't call him back immediately for a criminal investigation. I found out it is a scam.
